Account & Data Deletion Request
Game Tech allows you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You have two options:
Option 1: Delete Within the App
You can delete your account directly from the Game Tech mobile app:
- Open the Game Tech app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Re-authenticate with your sign-in method (Apple, Google, or Email)
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Request Deletion via Contact Us
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:
- Email: support@gotgametech.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your Game Tech account in your message. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and email address
- Favorites and saved content preferences
- Practice recordings
- Usage and analytics data linked to your account
- Subscription records (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play)
Data Retention
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data is removed within 30 days of the deletion request being processed. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your App Store or Google Play settings before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
